By designing individualized client focused exercise and nutrition programs that enhance overall experience, my intention is to help each client achieve positive health effects. As a certified Fitness Clinician and a TPI certified golf fitness instructor, I believe in the importance of pain free movement and maximizing mobility through the use of safe, quality exercise that is efficient and beneficial for the body.

Certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Instructor
The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is widely recognized as the premier educational authority for golf and fitness performance. Through a deep understanding of how the body functions during a golf swing the TPI Certification Program is designed to teach industry professionals and coaches how to increase player performance. Certification through TPI allows our coaches to evaluate swing characteristics and have an understanding about how a body’s limitations can influence the golf swing, and how to address these limitations through corrective exercises and individualized golf fitness program.

As a dedicated fitness professional, I am passionate about the role of exercise in rehabilitating and treating injuries, especially those involving the low back and cervical areas. I believe in the importance of making the body strong to support healthy joints, muscles, and overall function. Living a healthy, active life is something I deeply believe in, and I strive to share this philosophy with my clients to enhance their overall health and well-being.

I have been part of the local health and fitness industry for many years. Following my 15 years playing competitive baseball with the Kingston Ponies, I took the opportunity to assume the Managerial position for the baseball club. My primary objectives for my clients are to create customized fitness programs that focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation, cardiovascular endurance, and strength/conditioning exercise that increase mobility and bio-mechanical function.

About Mike
I recently relocated to the Kingston area bringing more than 25 years of fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness expertise. Over the last two decades, I have practiced in Toronto, and most recently London, England, creating bespoke programs that help clients get fit, stay fit, and keep active and healthy.
My primary area of specialty is helping those who have suffered with long-term, chronic back conditions to maintain a healthy and pain-free active lifestyle. Whether it is keeping you active in a sport or leisure activity, or ensuring you can stay strong enough to play with your grandkids, I will work with you to meet your personal goals.
As a former massage therapist and fitness enthusiast, I bring a deep knowledge of the mechanics of the body and how they function together. Most of my career has been spent working alongside physicians, chiropractors, and physiotherapists in a clinical setting, allowing me to learn from some of the top experts in the field.
